Vhernier Operations Manager

1. Support the Brand Manager in establishing and expanding the Vhernier business in Japan.
2. Contribute to commercial activities including order management, merchandising, customer service, and staff training.
3. Act as the primary liaison for boutique operations.
4. Collaborate with headquarters on visual merchandising and point-of-sale materials, managing logistics across all channels.
5. Coordinate merchandising and logistics for traveling collections in conjunction with headquarters.
6. Assist in organizing customer events, trunk shows, and PR events from an administrative and logistical standpoint.
7. Facilitate the integration of Vhernier into the Richemont SAP system, serving as the SAP key user.
8. Aid the Brand Manager in planning and executing business-related initiatives.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail industry.
2. Fluency in Japanese (native) and proficiency in English (business level).
3. Flexibility to travel as required.
