Vhernier Master Data Management Specialist

1. Serve as the primary liaison between business and technology teams to ensure a secure and efficient flow of master data.
2. Identify and propose system improvements in line with software advancements.
3. Manage the integration of customer, vendor, article, and other master data types.
4. Plan and coordinate system changes or extensions, drafting technical specifications and operational guidelines.
5. Lead and support cross-functional testing.
6. Collaborate in developing procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
7. Ensure data quality and standardization across the organization.
8. Execute daily master data management activities within a global framework.
9. Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process consolidation.
10. Conduct user training sessions.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
2. Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) toolsets.
3. Familiarity with master data lifecycle processes, including materials, customers, and suppliers.
4. Experience with SAP MM, SD, FI, and/or PLM is advantageous.
5. Project documentation, requirements gathering, and project management methodology experience.

1. Strong understanding of data flows within Master Data Repository tools.
2. Ability to manage and integrate various types of master data.
3. Proficiency in drafting technical documentation and operational guidelines.
4. Capability to lead cross-functional testing and ensure data standardization.
5. Excellent communication and training skills.

Proven experience with MDM toolsets and familiarity with master data lifecycle processes. Experience with SAP MM, SD, FI, and/or PLM is a plus.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
