- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy, including annual media and communication plans.
- Manage the advertising and promotion budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation for marketing activities such as advertising, digital campaigns, press activities, brand events, and visual merchandising.
- Oversee vendor management to ensure adherence to corporate guidelines.
- Establish and execute an annual media plan aligned with global media direction and local market needs.
- Cultivate relationships with key media, influencers, and celebrities to enhance brand exposure.
- Collaborate with PR agencies to develop strategies that generate positive brand coverage, particularly for boutique openings in Shanghai and Beijing.
- Develop digital campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract customers to boutiques.
- Drive social media strategy to optimize digital performance in China, including launching official accounts on platforms like WeChat and RED (Xiaohongshu).
- Plan and execute high-impact press and customer events, focusing on boutique grand openings.
- Develop and implement a CRM strategy to build customer databases and nurture relationships, enhancing customer lifetime value.
- Analyze consumer behavior and feedback to inform product strategies tailored to the mainland China market.
- Implement global visual merchandising concepts and support marketing operations.
- University degree, preferably a Master's degree.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on the luxury industry.
- Proven track record of successfully building brands in the mainland China market.
- Deep understanding of the Chinese digital media landscape and consumer behavior.
- Strong relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and industry partners.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
A minimum of 10 years in marketing and communications, specifically within the luxury industry, with demonstrable success in brand building in the mainland China market.
University degree required, Master's degree preferred.
