1. Previous experience in designing, planning, and executing training programs.
2. Experience in talent acquisition and management.
3. Solid understanding of the retail industry, particularly luxury retail and jewelry.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
5. Willingness to travel frequently overseas.
