- Manage corporate and managerial training programs at headquarters.
- Oversee the full cycle of talent acquisition and management, ensuring a robust talent pipeline.
- Create and update content on Vhernier's history, values, and product knowledge in collaboration with various departments.
- Identify training needs and propose tailored actions aligned with organizational evolution.
- Deploy training content through various learning methods and tools, conducting impactful sessions.
- Assist in establishing yearly training agendas based on specific local needs.
- Integrate clienteling mindset into the selling ceremony and develop a sales coaching culture.
- Co-design and conduct onboarding programs for new employees across all departments.
- Lead recruitment processes from job description creation to offer proposal.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to develop talent pipeline strategies and recruitment capacity.
- Contribute to the strategy and implementation of development cycles, including evaluations and succession planning.
- Define an employer branding strategy aligned with Vhernier's values and heritage.
- Support managers in developing their teams through individual development plans and learning methodologies.
- Provide support for key transversal projects in coordination with HR leadership.
- Contribute to organizational assessment and development through insights from learning activities.
- Identify and escalate potential situations requiring HR intervention.
- Previous experience in designing, planning, and executing training programs.
- Experience in talent acquisition and management.
- Solid understanding of the retail industry, particularly luxury retail and jewelry.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
- Willingness to travel frequently overseas.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to multitask.
- International and multicultural adaptability.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-centric and commercially minded.
- Project management across different time zones and environments.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and L&D platforms.
- Fluency in English and Italian.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
