1. Support the UK Retail Director in building customer loyalty and leading the sales team to optimize turnover and ensure store profitability.
2. Act as the operational and managerial lead in the absence of the UK Retail Director.
3. Develop sales by fostering customer loyalty and ensuring adherence to business practices.
4. Guarantee an exceptional customer experience and uphold high standards of customer service.
5. Contribute to product presentation and development, handling customer disputes and special orders.
6. Manage the team to ensure smooth store operations and achievement of objectives.
7. Ensure the safety of personnel and property, establish a positive work atmosphere, and set performance objectives.
8. Develop and train team members, manage schedules, and propose initiatives to promote the brand locally.
9. Oversee financial, administrative, and audit management of the store, including supervising cash transactions and stock control.
10. Analyze commercial and financial indicators, write weekly reports, and participate in business plan development.
