1. Support the UK Retail Director in building customer loyalty and leading the sales team to optimize turnover and ensure store profitability.
2. Act as the operational and managerial lead in the absence of the UK Retail Director.
3. Develop sales and customer loyalty while ensuring compliance with business practices.
4. Guarantee an exceptional customer experience and uphold customer service standards.
5. Contribute to product presentation and development.
6. Manage customer disputes and process special orders, coordinating with operational departments for follow-up.
7. Support the UK Retail Manager in managing the team to ensure smooth store operations and achievement of objectives.
8. Ensure the safety of people and property within the store.
9. Foster a positive and dynamic work environment by setting performance objectives and providing constructive feedback.
10. Develop and train team members, ensuring a presence on the shop floor.
11. Manage schedules and propose initiatives to promote the brand locally.
12. Set and monitor customer development objectives, including clienteling and gifting.
13. Implement and ensure the use of sales support and clienteling tools.
14. Oversee financial, administrative, and audit management of the store.
15. Supervise cash transactions and ensure compliance with procedures.
16. Monitor stock levels, organize, and supervise inventories.
17. Control after-sales service operations and manage general housekeeping.
18. Analyze commercial and financial indicators and prepare weekly reports.
19. Contribute to the development of the business plan to positively impact the business.

1. Strong management experience in luxury retail.
2. Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
