Vhernier Client Advisor

- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
- Collaborate with the Boutique Manager on special client requests.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming boutique environment.
- Provide after-sales support in alignment with Maison values.
- Handle e-commerce and phone inquiries, scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of industry news and competitive brands.
- Demonstrate expertise in high jewelry, including unique pieces and selling ceremonies.
- Cultivate and nurture client relationships through expert clientelling.
- Collaborate with management and corporate teams on CRM initiatives.
- Accurately capture and manage client data, ensuring effective follow-up.
- Resolve client issues and escalated matters appropriately.
- Support in-store and off-site events, fostering community relationships and brand awareness.
- Comply with all Maison policies and procedures.
- Assist with daily boutique setup, breakdown, and maintenance issues.
- Participate in inventory and cycle counts, preparing for successful audits.
- Manage operational requests from corporate and headquarters.
- Maintain visual integrity and brand standards in boutique displays.
- Perform special projects as assigned by boutique management.
- High school diploma; college degree preferred.
- Experience in luxury retail or hospitality preferred.
- Strong understanding of luxury client experience and customer service.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with logistics and operations.
- Self-starter with a team-player approach.
