1. Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
2. Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming boutique environment.
3. Support after-sales clients with solutions aligned with Maison values.
4. Handle ecommerce and phone inquiries, scheduling appointments and arranging correspondence.
5. Maintain extensive knowledge of industry news and competitive brands.
6. Demonstrate expertise in high jewelry, including unique pieces and selling ceremonies.
7. Cultivate and nurture client relationships through expert clientelling.
8. Collaborate with management and corporate teams on CRM initiatives.
9. Accurately capture and manage client data, following up consistently.
10. Resolve client issues and escalated matters appropriately.
11. Support in-store and off-site events to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.
12. Comply with all Maison policies and procedures.
13. Assist with daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and maintenance.
14. Participate in inventory and cycle counts to ensure audit success.
15. Assist with operational requests from corporate and Italy headquarters.
16. Maintain visual integrity and brand standards for boutique aesthetics.
17. Perform special projects as designated by boutique management.

1. High School Diploma; College degree preferred.
2. Experience in luxury retail or hospitality preferred.
3. Excellent understanding of luxury client experience and customer service.

1. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
3. Experience with logistics and operations.
4. Self-starter with a team-player approach.
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
6. Ability to stand for long periods.

Preferred experience in luxury retail or hospitality environments, with a strong understanding of high-end client service.

High School Diploma; College degree preferred.

Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
