Vhernier Business Development and Operations Manager

- Support the Managing Director in establishing and expanding the Vhernier brand in the APAC region, excluding Japan.
- Oversee the construction and opening of new boutiques, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Coordinate marketing and press activities, including organizing customer events, trunk shows, and PR events.
- Manage commercial activities such as order taking, merchandising, and customer service.
- Act as the primary liaison for boutiques and wholesale partners, ensuring seamless communication and operations.
- Collaborate with headquarters on visual merchandising and point-of-sale materials, managing logistics across all channels.
- Support the integration of Vhernier into the Richemont APAC platform, including SAP system integration.
- Assist with executive tasks, including travel planning and preparation of presentations and reports.
- University degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in international companies, ideally having completed a management trainee program.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a structured working style.
- Proactive and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Digital savviness and a keen sense of luxury.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within an international context, preferably in the luxury sector.
University degree required.
