- Drive business development by enhancing the brand's reputation and desirability through networking and client events.
- Monitor local business environment and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Initiate and manage boutique events and partnerships to increase sales and customer traffic.
- Lead CRM and clienteling initiatives to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve quantitative and qualitative sales targets in alignment with brand objectives.
- Develop and implement action plans to meet boutique sales goals.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and set performance targets for the team.
- Oversee boutique operations ensuring compliance with brand and group policies.
- Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining the integrity of the brand's image.
- Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Identify training needs and develop tailored development plans for team members.
- Minimum of five years' experience in boutique management within globally recognized luxury brands.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership abilities with a talent for motivating and inspiring team members.
- In-depth knowledge of the Beverly Hills community and surrounding areas.
