Vhernier Boutique Manager

As part of its expansion into the Asia-Pacific region, Vhernier seeks to establish a significant presence in Hong Kong, marking its first boutique in Asia. - Lead all boutique and clientelling activities to enhance the boutique's performance and develop team members.
- Drive business by managing the team, setting priorities and objectives, and monitoring sales trends and key performance indicators.
- Ensure an outstanding client experience by delivering exceptional service and ensuring all clients feel welcomed and valued.
- Develop the team by uniting them behind common goals, coaching, and participating in the recruitment process.
- Oversee in-store operations, ensuring compliance with policies and growing operational excellence.
- Design the optimal organization structure and recruit suitable profiles to lead and develop the team.
- Communicate and motivate the boutique team around the brand's strategy and vision.
- Implement actions to achieve the commercial objectives of the boutique based on performance and KPI reviews.
- Act as an ambassador of the Maison, building direct contact with VIPs and ensuring a professional client service.
- Ensure compliance with all group, brand, and boutique policies and procedures, and maintain exceptional visual merchandising.
- Proven managerial experience in an international company, preferably in luxury retail.
- University degree preferred.
- Ability to lead and develop people with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Business acumen with strategic thinking capabilities.
- High level of self-organization and result-driven mindset.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Computer and digital savviness, with experience in social media platforms such as Instagram and Red Note.
Significant experience in luxury retail management, with a focus on team leadership and client relationship development.
University degree preferred.
