As part of its expansion into the Asia-Pacific region, Vhernier seeks to establish a significant presence in Hong Kong, marking its first boutique in Asia. The brand, celebrated for its innovation and elegance, offers a dynamic work environment underpinned by the values of creativity and excellence.

1. Lead all boutique and clientelling activities to enhance the boutique's performance and develop team members.
2. Drive business by managing the team, setting priorities and objectives, and monitoring sales trends and key performance indicators.
3. Ensure an outstanding client experience by delivering exceptional service and ensuring all clients feel welcomed and valued.
4. Develop the team by uniting them behind common goals, coaching, and participating in the recruitment process.
5. Oversee in-store operations, ensuring compliance with policies and growing operational excellence.
6. Design the optimal organization structure and recruit suitable profiles to lead and develop the team.
7. Communicate and motivate the boutique team around the brand's strategy and vision.
8. Implement actions to achieve the commercial objectives of the boutique based on performance and KPI reviews.
9. Act as an ambassador of the Maison, building direct contact with VIPs and ensuring a professional client service.
10. Ensure compliance with all group, brand, and boutique policies and procedures, and maintain exceptional visual merchandising.

1. Proven managerial experience in an international company, preferably in luxury retail.
2. University degree preferred.

1. Ability to lead and develop people with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Business acumen with strategic thinking capabilities.
3. High level of self-organization and result-driven mindset.
4. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
5. Computer and digital savviness, with experience in social media platforms such as Instagram and Red Note.

Significant experience in luxury retail management, with a focus on team leadership and client relationship development.

University degree preferred.
