1. Lead the construction and development of the Paris Workshop.
2. Actively participate in the recruitment and team-building of artisans.
3. Oversee the production of high jewelry pieces by a diverse team of artisans.
4. Facilitate skill development and ensure regular technical progression of team members.
5. Ensure adherence to work schedules and manage annual performance evaluations.
6. Allocate work based on workshop capacity, artisan availability, and expertise.
7. Ensure the timely supply of necessary components for production.
8. Monitor the fabrication process and act as the primary contact for Production during validation meetings.
9. Alert the Workshop Director of any deviations in cost or timeline.
10. Guarantee the quality standards of the workshop for all delivered pieces.
11. Propose improvements for workshop operations in collaboration with the Workshop Director.

1. Solid experience in a high jewelry workshop (OJ4 level).
2. Proven experience in team management.
