1. Lead the recruitment and formation of a team of artisans, ensuring a cohesive and skilled workforce.
2. Oversee the production of jewelry pieces, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely delivery.
3. Facilitate the skill development of team members, ensuring continuous technical advancement.
4. Coordinate work distribution among artisans based on workload, availability, and expertise.
5. Ensure the workshop is adequately supplied with necessary components for production.
6. Monitor production progress and address any deviations in cost or timeline with the Workshop Director.
7. Implement measures to maintain or enhance quality standards.
8. Collaborate with the workshop management to propose and implement operational improvements.

1. Proven experience in industrial settings with a focus on skill transmission.
2. Previous experience in team management.

Previous experience in a similar industrial and managerial role is required.
