- Assemble, adjust and regulate mechanical watch movements to the maison's technical and aesthetic standards.
- Operate under magnification to fit and finish micro-components, ensuring correct tolerances and smooth functionality.
- Perform quality controls at each production stage, troubleshoot movement issues and implement corrective actions.
- Document assembly procedures, measurement results and production traces in accordance with internal traceability protocols.
- Maintain and calibrate precision hand tools, microscopes and measuring instruments; report equipment issues to workshop management.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, quality control and polishing/finishing teams to support prototype builds and series production.
- Vocational qualification or diploma in watchmaking (e.g., WOSTEP or equivalent) or completed apprenticeship in horology.
- Excellent manual dexterity, visual acuity and fine motor skills suited to micromechanical assembly.
- Strong understanding of mechanical movement architecture, escapement function and lubrication practices.
- Methodical approach to work with rigorous attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow precise assembly instructions.

Minimum three years' experience assembling and regulating mechanical watch movements within haute horlogerie or precision instrument workshops; experience with both prototype and small-series production is highly advantageous.
Diploma or vocational qualification in watchmaking (WOSTEP, vocational diploma, or equivalent apprenticeship).
