1. Assemble, adjust and regulate mechanical watch movements to the maison's technical and aesthetic standards.
2. Operate under magnification to fit and finish micro-components, ensuring correct tolerances and smooth functionality.
3. Perform quality controls at each production stage, troubleshoot movement issues and implement corrective actions.
4. Document assembly procedures, measurement results and production traces in accordance with internal traceability protocols.
5. Maintain and calibrate precision hand tools, microscopes and measuring instruments; report equipment issues to workshop management.
6. Collaborate closely with R&D, quality control and polishing/finishing teams to support prototype builds and series production.

1. Vocational qualification or diploma in watchmaking (e.g., WOSTEP or equivalent) or completed apprenticeship in horology.
2. Excellent manual dexterity, visual acuity and fine motor skills suited to micromechanical assembly.
3. Strong understanding of mechanical movement architecture, escapement function and lubrication practices.
4. Methodical approach to work with rigorous attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
5. Ability to read technical drawings and follow precise assembly instructions.
