- Deliver Van Cleef & Arpels training programs to instill brand identity and key selling ceremonies.
- Refine and facilitate both in-classroom and online training programs, ensuring alignment with global and local objectives.
- Design and localize training content, seminars, and workshops to address local market needs.
- Monitor client feedback and mystery shopping results to enhance client experience.
- Manage logistics for training sessions, including communication with participants, venue booking, and catering arrangements.
- Proven experience as a trainer, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
- Demonstrated luxury retail sales experience, with a preference for jewelry or watches.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate effectively.
