1. Manage the adherence to manufacturer commitments, serving as the primary liaison between manufacturers and internal teams such as Planning, Customer Service, Jewelry Development, and Accounting.
2. Oversee the order portfolio, ensuring timely delivery and providing visibility on various order segments including customer orders and restock orders.
3. Monitor and challenge component availability, ensuring the smooth execution of administrative processes and establishing collaborative instances with internal services.
4. Handle unitary dimensions by creating and maintaining references in the system for Unitary pieces (High Jewelry, special orders, Objects, dismantled items) and placing orders.
5. Create and update sub-equipment for Unitary pieces and ensure the accuracy of elements in the end-of-production report.
6. Maintain effective communication with manufacturers and partners, organizing monthly meetings to ensure the relevance of information received from suppliers.
7. Identify and report opportunities for service improvement.

1. Degree in Supply Chain Management or Production Management

1. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (knowledge of SAP is advantageous)
2. Strong organizational skills
3. Excellent interpersonal skills
4. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset

2 to 5 years of experience in procurement.
