1. Ensure the availability of components to meet production plans.
2. Serve as the key user for SAP deployment within the workshop.
3. Manage component supply chains by anticipating and monitoring flows.
4. Maintain relationships with suppliers and act as the point of contact for other departments and workshop management to provide visibility on deliveries.
5. Track and enhance key performance indicators and implement new management tools to monitor activity performance.
6. Conduct system tests for supply processes and draft user manuals as the SAP key user.
7. Train system users and participate in testing.
8. Provide first-level support and escalate incidents as necessary.

1. Proven experience in supply chain management and ERP usage, preferably SAP.
2. Strong analytical skills and a knack for numbers.
3. Project management experience, particularly in implementing new IT tools and processes.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills to support stakeholders.

3. Effective communication and relationship management skills.
4. Ability to manage projects and drive change.

Demonstrated experience in supply chain management and ERP systems, with a preference for SAP expertise.
