1. Assist the planner in managing monthly production needs and supporting the Lyon workshops' production teams.
2. Participate in the planning cycle upon receipt of new orders, aiding in subcontracting allocation and production load distribution.
3. Collaborate with the procurement team to monitor components and subcontracting progress.
4. Prepare for production meetings and initiate manufacturing orders by analyzing team feedback.
5. Ensure the update of manufacturing ranges in the system and support the planner in managing method projects.
6. Attend follow-up meetings and assist in confirming and updating delivery dates to provide clear market insights.
7. Support the management of data within SAP, including the creation and update of manufacturing orders and data control.
8. Contribute to the deployment of planning services through process implementation, continuous improvement research, and guideline development.

1. Currently enrolled as a student with a keen interest in supply chain management.

1. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
2. Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
4. Proficiency in Excel and basic knowledge of English.

No prior experience required, but a background in supply chain or logistics is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.

Interns will receive training on the history and values of the Maison at L'École des Arts Joailliers.
