- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize supply chain management and merchandising.
- Analyze market trends and business indicators to drive supply chain strategies in alignment with the Maison's global strategy.
- Define and manage product assortment at both boutique and country levels, maintaining model stock and defining tactical seasonal pushes.
- Plan and secure appropriate stock levels and product assortment to represent the Maison universe across the network.
- Ensure forecasts align with the Maison strategy and vision, facilitating accurate demand sizing by the central team.
- Foster and promote a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Proven experience in merchandising, forecasting, stock management, or relevant fields.
- Excellent planning and analytical skills.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP platforms.
- Advanced Excel and overall computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills in both English and Japanese.
