1. Coordinate various internal departments including Development, Master Data, Stone Procurement, and Logistics.
2. Create and manage item references in the system for unique pieces such as High Jewelry, special orders, objects, prototypes, and dismantled items.
3. Enter purchase orders and communicate them to manufacturers.
4. Update delivery timelines in purchase orders.
5. Monitor invoicing and consumption of stock stones.
6. Ensure accuracy of production end reports.
7. Track stone certificates.
8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives including the implementation of new workflows, monthly KPI analysis, and anomaly resolution.
9. Provide backup support for team members during absences and high activity periods.

1. Significant experience as a supply chain coordinator or similar role.
2. Proficiency in office software; knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
3. Familiarity with the jewelry industry is beneficial but not mandatory.

Significant experience in a supply chain or procurement role is required.
