Van Cleef & Arpels Supply Assistant (Intern)

1. Support the procurement and replenishment cycle: raise and follow purchase orders, monitor delivery schedules and coordinate with suppliers.
2. Track and reconcile inventory levels across ateliers, boutiques and central warehouses; trigger replenishment actions as required.
3. Maintain and update stock records and procurement documentation within the ERP and Excel-based trackers.
4. Interface with internal teams (production, quality, retail operations) to ensure timely availability of components and finished goods.
5. Prepare regular operational reports and dashboard summaries for the Supply Chain team.
6. Assist in supplier qualification, administrative follow-up, and ad hoc projects to optimise flow and lead times.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in supply chain, logistics, procurement, business or equivalent field.
2. Strong organisational skills with an aptitude for numerical data and process-oriented tasks.
3. Good command of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is advantageous.
4. Proactive communicator able to liaise with suppliers, ateliers and cross-functional teams.
5. High attention to detail and respect for confidentiality and quality standards inherent to luxury jewellery.
6. Availability for the full duration of the internship and capacity to work from the Paris office.
