Van Cleef & Arpels Summer Internship (Stage)

Van Cleef & Arpels is an esteemed maison of high jewellery and watches, recognized for poetic design and artisanal craftsmanship. The brand operates within the Richemont group and combines heritage savoir-faire with contemporary creativity across boutiques, ateliers and maisons worldwide.

1. Support boutique operations including stock handling, visual merchandising and point-of-sale procedures under the supervision of the boutique manager.
2. Assist with client service activities: appointment preparation, follow-up communications and maintaining client records in accordance with brand standards.
3. Prepare concise presentations, sales reports and product dossiers for internal review and team briefings.
4. Contribute to market research and competitive analysis to inform merchandising and promotional initiatives.
5. Support events, trunk shows and in-store activations by coordinating logistics and guest lists.
6. Collaborate with marketing or visual teams on basic content tasks, production follow-ups and asset organization.

1. Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Luxury Management, Marketing, Communications, Design or a related discipline.
2. Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a professional disposition appropriate to a luxury retail environment.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced boutique setting, manage confidential client information and adhere to brand presentation standards.
4. Proven ability to produce clear written materials and polished presentations.

No extensive professional background required; prior retail, hospitality or internship experience in luxury goods, jewellery or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not mandatory.

Enrolled in or recently graduated from a tertiary programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, Luxury Management, Marketing, Communications, Design or a related field.
