1. Support boutique operations through attentive client service and clienteling under the supervision of the boutique team.
2. Assist with visual merchandising and daily product presentation to maintain the maison's aesthetic standards.
3. Execute administrative tasks including appointment scheduling, sales follow-ups and maintenance of client records.
4. Contribute to inventory control and stock management, including deliveries, tagging and reconciliations.
5. Participate in the planning and execution of in-store events and private client appointments.
6. Learn product knowledge across high jewellery and watches and communicate features and provenance to clients.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in business, marketing, luxury management, or a related discipline.
2. Demonstrable interest in fine jewellery, craftsmanship and luxury retail.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional, service-oriented demeanour.
4. Strong organisational aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
5. Availability for the full summer internship period and flexibility to work boutique hours, including weekends.

Previous retail or internship experience in luxury goods or customer-facing environments is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning and a polished client-facing manner are essential.

Enrolled in a tertiary-level programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in business, marketing, luxury brand management or a related field.
