Van Cleef & Arpels Stock Administrator

- Oversee stock management and back-office operations within the boutique.
- Control customer service flows and manage repair processes.
- Receive and transfer stock, handle special product requests, and prepare omnichannel orders.
- Manage cash and billing procedures, and generate activity reports including reservation, consignment, stock, sales reconciliation, and traffic.
- Ensure precision and reliability in daily operations.
- Significant experience in managing stock activities within a boutique setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and precision in daily operations.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Significant experience in stock management within a boutique environment is required.
