- Develop and implement the Visual Merchandising Animation ecosystem aligned with the brand's key events and milestones.
- Lead the Visual Merchandising Animation community at headquarters and in markets, fostering continuous improvement.
- Design and execute boutique window displays in coordination with the brand's calendar, including seasonal, celebratory, and event-specific displays.
- Collaborate with agencies or artists for creative briefs, oversee technical development, manage tenders, and supervise production.
- Create and distribute guidelines for boutiques, collecting and analyzing feedback.
- Develop facade concepts in conjunction with window displays, including creative and technical development with agencies, and draft technical guidelines for markets.
- Manage market projects, including project tracking, plan approvals, and sample validations.
- Participate in the development of display concepts for brand events, such as collection launches, fairs, and exhibitions.
- Provide technical solutions to enhance impact and immersiveness, incorporating CSR dimensions across projects.
- Oversee VM Animation Market activities, including action plan tracking, local animation calendar management, and budget monitoring.
- Cultivate the VM Animation community by enhancing cohesion between markets and regions, and establishing reporting and communication tools for animations.
- Minimum of five years of project management experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Artistic sensitivity and curiosity.
- Strong organizational skills and priority management.
- Solution-oriented and proactive approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English.
