- Lead the strategic and operational implementation of international and regional High Jewelry events.
- Collaborate with HQ and regional teams to develop event schedules and ensure alignment with regional objectives.
- Act as the HQ Marketing reference for event execution, coordinating operational plans with Retail teams and providing guidance on event displays and fashion show harmonization.
- Develop product training tools for sales teams and support regions in creating their own materials.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, revenue, and client engagement, promoting continuous improvement and best practice sharing.
- Manage and mentor a Project Manager, supporting their professional development in High Jewelry community engagement.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within the luxury or jewelry sectors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
