- Oversee the evolution of existing product lines and the development of new creations, ensuring alignment with the Maison's objectives and identity.
- Act as the liaison between various product development stakeholders, including Creation, Technical Development, Communication, Finance, Supply Chain, and Retail, as well as Marketing teams across different markets.
- Lead the development of new products and their launch packages, proposing collection plan evolutions and coordinating the creation and development process in line with defined KPIs.
- Orchestrate 360° launch packages in collaboration with partner teams, ensuring effective dissemination across different markets.
- Develop sales support tools for vendors, including product training.
- Contribute to the segment's growth by analyzing collection performance and proposing tailored action plans, ensuring 360° visibility of the offer.
- Manage task allocation and follow-up in collaboration with teams, fostering constructive collaboration with other Product Managers and stakeholders.
- Supervise an intern.
- Minimum of five years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the watchmaking, jewelry, or luxury sector.
- Proven organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player.
- Proficient analytical skills and comfortable with IT tools, particularly Excel.
