1. Define and implement the Media & Digital strategy for the Europe Region, ensuring alignment with the Maison's overarching strategy.
2. Lead both paid and organic media activities, spanning online and offline channels, across the region.
3. Drive the Search Engine Advertising (SEA) strategy and oversee its execution by the Media Agency.
4. Manage transversal media topics including CRM media, media data utilization, audience targeting, and social media initiatives.
5. Animate and coordinate the regional Media & Digital community, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
6. Represent and disseminate Media & Digital expertise across markets and departments within the organization.
7. Consolidate and manage the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget and the centralized regional budget.

1. Proven experience in defining and implementing Media & Digital strategies within a retail or luxury industry context.
2. Significant experience in team management, with the ability to supervise, motivate, and develop a team.

1. Strong knowledge of the current media landscape and digital environment, with an understanding of future development opportunities.
2. Ability to develop effective collaborations based on trust with stakeholders.
3. Capacity to align departmental priorities with the strategic objectives of the Maison.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Extensive experience in media and digital strategy within the luxury or retail industry, with a track record of successful team management.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
