Senior Manager, Planning & Allocations

1. Supervise the Manager, Indirect Planning and oversee planning of Indirect Articles while managing own product categories.
2. Develop, monitor, and provide a rolling forecast for defined product categories to ensure alignment with regional sales trends and strategic objectives.
3. Partner closely with HQ Supply Chain team to secure product for the region and align on the forecast and global initiatives.
4. Allocate stock based on defined assortments and demands across all sales channels to support sales performance.
5. Review and prepare partner boutique bi-monthly allocations aligning with sales trends, stock availability, demand, and budget.
6. Prepare reports to compare forecast values to actual sales and projections to help build the Supply Chain budget proposal.
7. Analyze business trends, sales, and stock rotation to identify risks and opportunities and help determine action plans.
8. Prepare and co-lead bi-monthly meetings to update local Executive Committee and Senior Management on budget vs. forecast and other focus topics.
9. Co-lead and manage Supply Chain and Operations projects.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
2. Minimum of five years of experience in a supply chain department
3. Experience in planning is an asset
4. Previous experience in luxury goods is a plus
5. Previous knowledge of SAP is a plus

A minimum of five years of experience in a supply chain department, with planning experience seen as an asset.

Expected Salary Range: $125K - $135K/yearly. This role is eligible for an annual bonus.
