1. Supervise the Manager of Indirect Planning and oversee planning of Indirect Articles, while managing own product categories.
2. Develop, monitor, and provide a rolling forecast for defined product categories to ensure alignment with regional sales trends and strategic objectives.
3. Partner closely with the HQ Supply Chain team to secure product for the region and align on the forecast and global initiatives.
4. Allocate stock based on defined assortments and demands across all sales channels to support sales performance.
5. Review and prepare partner boutique bi-monthly allocations aligning with sales trends, stock availability, demand, and budget.
6. Prepare reports to compare forecast values to actual sales and projections to help build the Supply Chain budget proposal.
7. Analyze business trends, sales, and stock rotation to identify risks and opportunities and determine action plans in collaboration with Merchandising, Marketing, and Retail.
8. Prepare and co-lead bi-monthly meetings to update the local Executive Committee and Senior Management on budget vs. forecast, assortment representation, stock and orders situation, and other focus topics.
9. Co-lead and manage Supply Chain and Operations projects.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
2. Minimum of five years of experience in a supply chain department.

1. Solid analytical skills and strong aptitude for working with figures and retail math.
2. Exceptional organizational, communication, and computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills combined with a service-oriented attitude.
4. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

A minimum of five years of experience in a supply chain department, with planning experience seen as an asset. Previous experience in luxury goods is advantageous.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Expected Salary Range: $125K - $135K annually. This role is eligible for an annual bonus.
