Van Cleef & Arpels Senior Manager of Retail Training

- Curate and evolve training content that reflects the Maison’s values while aligning with business priorities, boutique performance, and client experience goals.
- Act as a liaison with the Regional Trainer team to identify needs and transform them into dynamic and impactful training solutions.
- Collaborate with HQ and cross-functional partners to ensure the training content remains fresh, aligned, and innovative.
- Facilitate core client experience programs, including signature selling ceremonies and specialized training focused on timepieces, High Jewelry, and client connection.
- Lead Train-the-Trainer workshops to empower regional trainers in delivering engaging and memorable experiences.
- Support Regional Trainers with content briefings, co-facilitation, and resources that enhance their skills.
- Oversee the evolution of onboarding guidelines to ensure seamless integration of new team members into the Van Cleef & Arpels world.
- Contribute to transversal initiatives supporting regional growth, new boutique openings, and Maison priorities.
- Partner with HQ on key training projects and activations, ensuring alignment with Maison goals.
- Develop post-training recaps, toolkits, and action plans to ensure continuous learning and improvement in boutiques.
- Manage engagement with BLOOMwithVCA, the Maison’s learning app, to support ongoing development.
- Measure training effectiveness using DISC, EQ-i, and other tools to assess training impact.
- Bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree or specialization in Education, Organizational Development, or a related field is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in luxury retail, training, or learning & development.
- Expertise in instructional design and advanced facilitation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage and connect with audiences at all levels.
- Collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with digital learning tools and LMS platforms.
A minimum of 5 years in luxury retail, training, or learning & development, with a focus on instructional design and facilitation.
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
Expected salary range: $130,000 - $140,000 annually. Eligible for a yearly bonus.
