1. Oversee and manage international events from conception to execution, collaborating with internal teams such as Marketing, Retail, and Communication.
2. Propose innovative event concepts and formats.
3. Develop and monitor budgets, coordinate internal teams and external vendors, and ensure effective communication prior to events.
4. Manage legal and formal aspects of international events, including contracts and insurance.
5. Supervise logistical and operational coordination during events, offering adaptations or solutions as needed.
6. Create guidelines, schedules, and best practices post-events, and ensure budgetary reporting.
7. Coordinate market events, respecting local specificities, and act as a reference and support for implementation according to Maison guidelines.
8. Lead the Events community in markets, ensuring constructive collaboration with internal teams and partners.
9. Manage a Project Manager and an intern.

1. Significant experience as a Senior Project Manager or Group Event Manager in the luxury sector.
2. Strong aesthetic sensitivity and attention to detail.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and recognized for service orientation and collaborative ability.
4. Proficiency in English.

1. Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
2. Proficiency in using computer tools.

Significant experience in luxury event management, particularly in a senior project management role.
