Van Cleef & Arpels Senior Content Project Manager

- Develop comprehensive 360-degree communication campaigns, including print, film, digital content, banners, displays, social media (both paid and organic), website formats, and e-CRM.
- Manage relationships with agencies, including drafting briefs, consolidating internal presentations for approval, and overseeing pre-production, production, and post-production phases, as well as planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Coordinate internal requests by addressing needs expressed by digital (Social Media and Website), Media, and CRM, while adhering to the Maison's editorial calendar.
- Collaborate with various departments such as Marketing, Publishing, Heritage, and Events, and maintain a close partnership with the Content Coordination team throughout projects.
- Conduct regular meetings with Markets to identify and address their needs, participate in 360 projects, and share final assets with the Market Coordination team.
- Ensure the follow-up, updating, and sharing of documents, while synthesizing projects for validation by Management.
- Propose initiatives based on competitive intelligence and knowledge of the luxury sector and cultural institutions, and suggest improvements to existing processes or new processes to be implemented within the team.
- Proven experience (7-10 years) as a Content Project Manager, ideally within the luxury sector.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities with precision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders in a multi-project environment.
- In-depth knowledge of the entire graphic chain (print and digital) with a focus on Social Media content creation.
- Fluency in English.
- Creativity and a keen eye for imagery.
A minimum of 7 to 10 years of confirmed experience in content project management, preferably within the luxury industry.
