1. Coordinate security arrangements for scheduled photo shoots, including site reconnaissance and security audits in collaboration with the Group.
2. Organize security logistics for shoots, liaising with the Service Courses and relevant departments such as Communication, Marketing, and Heritage, and manage invoicing processes.
3. Draft security procedures and post-event reports for shoots.
4. Participate in preparatory meetings for events with teams from the Ecole des Arts Joailliers campuses in Paris.
5. Assess risks and develop security concepts for exhibitions at various campuses, directly for the European campus and indirectly with market security managers for international campuses.
6. Implement security processes and procedures for all campuses and maintain communication with local teams.
7. Manage operational security for the Paris site.
8. Collaborate with Events and Marketing teams to prepare security aspects of HQ events.
9. Draft security concepts to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with insurance and Group directives.
10. Oversee operational management during events, including site opening and closing, security team operations, and handling of valuable transfers between sites.
11. Conduct post-event follow-up, including administrative tasks and experience feedback, in coordination with the Security Manager.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in security and safety within a relevant industry.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Ability to travel frequently within France and internationally.
