Van Cleef & Arpels Security Coordinator for Events and Shootings

- Coordinate security arrangements for scheduled photo shoots, including site reconnaissance and security audits in collaboration with the Group.
- Organize security logistics for shoots, liaising with the Service Courses and relevant departments such as Communication, Marketing, and Heritage, and manage invoicing processes.
- Draft security procedures and post-event reports for shoots.
- Participate in preparatory meetings for events with teams from the Ecole des Arts Joailliers campuses in Paris.
- Assess risks and develop security concepts for exhibitions at various campuses, directly for the European campus and indirectly with market security managers for international campuses.
- Implement security processes and procedures for all campuses and maintain communication with local teams.
- Manage operational security for the Paris site.
- Collaborate with Events and Marketing teams to prepare security aspects of HQ events.
- Draft security concepts to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with insurance and Group directives.
- Oversee operational management during events, including site opening and closing, security team operations, and handling of valuable transfers between sites.
- Conduct post-event follow-up, including administrative tasks and experience feedback, in coordination with the Security Manager.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security and safety within a relevant industry.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to travel frequently within France and internationally.
- Exceptional integrity and adaptability.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
- Pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
A minimum of five years of confirmed experience in the security and safety domain, with a comprehensive understanding of its challenges.
