1. Oversee the operational security of existing infrastructures and develop security concepts for various sites.
2. Manage building installations and coordinate with external service providers.
3. Contribute to the development of security concepts for events hosted by the Maison in Switzerland.
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by identifying risks and implementing action plans for a safe work environment.
5. Prepare for external audits and conduct internal audits to verify the implementation of safety measures.
6. Deploy and manage the prevention and protection policy for teams, including budget allocation and training programs.
7. Support the General Services Manager in executing their responsibilities.
8. Participate in real estate projects by contributing to security, safety, and general services specifications and overseeing project execution.
9. Act as an ambassador of security expertise within the Group and Van Cleef & Arpels teams.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within an international environment.
2. Comprehensive understanding of security, safety, and occupational health issues.

1. Excellent interpersonal and service-oriented skills.
2. Proactive, autonomous, and initiative-driven.
3. Strong proficiency in IT tools.
4. Fluency in both English and French.

Substantial experience in a comparable position, ideally within an international setting.
