- Develop the business and client portfolio of the boutique, focusing on increasing turnover by nurturing existing clients and acquiring new ones.
- Implement programs and action plans to generate business, ensuring alignment with the Maison’s image and strategic objectives.
- Elaborate, implement, and monitor the boutique’s growth strategy in coordination with market and HQ objectives.
- Support daily retail operations in collaboration with the Boutique management team.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure the implementation of team development action plans, contributing to training and sharing best practices.
- Expand and cultivate a personal client portfolio, devising strategies to enhance client loyalty and engagement.
- Identify opportunities to recruit new high-jewelry clients and implement targeted action plans.
- Initiate partnerships and participate in events to recruit new clients and enhance performance with existing clients.
- Collaborate with the CRM Manager to consolidate client lists for regional and international events.
- Prepare and mentor sales associates for client events, including invitation management and strategy reviews.
- Uphold Van Cleef & Arpels’ image by maintaining professional standards and ensuring the Maison’s standards are observed.
- Act as a brand ambassador, providing guidance and support to the team and sharing best practices.
- Collaborate with regional and marketing teams to identify stock opportunities and support performance.
- Manage the team to ensure smooth store operations and achievement of objectives.
- Establish a positive work atmosphere by setting performance and client development objectives.
- Foster a strong feedback culture to develop team members.
- Ensure the use of sales support, clienteling tools, and learning resources.
- Proven leadership experience in luxury retail.
- Solid customer service skills.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and leverage commercial opportunities.
