1. Develop the business and client portfolio of the boutique.
2. Increase turnover by developing existing clients and securing new ones.
3. Implement programs and action plans to generate business aligned with the Maison’s image.
4. Elaborate, implement, optimize, and monitor the boutique’s growth strategy.
5. Support the daily retail business in line with the Boutique management team.
6. Work cross-functionally to ensure team development action plans are implemented.
7. Contribute to trainings and share best practices.
8. Develop, nurture, and grow personal client portfolio and long-term client strategy.
9. Devise unique ways to treat and develop client loyalty.
10. Propose actions and identify opportunities to recruit new clients.
11. Initiate partnerships and participate in events to recruit new clients.
12. Work with the CRM Manager to consolidate client lists for events.
13. Prepare and mentor designated sales associates before client events.
14. Uphold Van Cleef & Arpels’ image by maintaining a professional demeanor.
15. Ensure boutique floor presence to capture and develop new clients.
16. Actively support the team with advice and guidance.
17. Collaborate with marketing teams to identify stock opportunities.
18. Manage the team to ensure the smooth running of the store.
19. Establish a positive and dynamic work atmosphere.
20. Nurture a strong feedback culture to develop team members.
21. Implement and ensure the use of sales support and clienteling tools.

2. Previous leadership experience.
