- Experience in customer service and sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Knowledge of jewelry sales and related expertise.
- Background in high-hospitality industries such as hotels or airlines is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and/or Chinese is beneficial.
- Ability to provide high-quality service with attention to detail.
Previous experience in customer service and sales, particularly in luxury brands, is preferred.
Comprehensive training programs in customer service, management, product knowledge, and language skills, including English and Chinese.
