1. Experience in customer service and sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Knowledge of jewelry sales and related expertise.
3. Background in high-hospitality industries such as hotels or airlines is advantageous.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Fluency in English and/or Chinese is beneficial.
3. Ability to provide high-quality service with attention to detail.

Previous experience in customer service and sales, particularly in luxury brands, is preferred.
