1. Achieve sales targets while balancing daily operations and high jewelry sales.
2. Develop and maintain a network of loyal clientele.
3. Attend community social functions to generate new business opportunities.
4. Invite clients to in-boutique events and engage through social media and other channels.
5. Manage CRM initiatives, ensuring accurate client data capture and communication on novelties and events.
6. Assist in daily display setup and breakdown, ensuring product safety and boutique aesthetics.
7. Provide exceptional customer service, including after-sales support and repair process management.
8. Adhere to Maison policies regarding security, consignments, after-sales services, and valuation requests.
9. Educate clients on Van Cleef & Arpels' history, quality standards, and collections.

1. 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced luxury or sales environment.
2. Bachelor’s Degree or Jewelry Certification preferred.
3. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
4. Excellent computer proficiency.
5. Keen attention to detail with multitasking abilities.
6. Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships.
7. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary: $24.04 per hour, negotiable based on skills and experience. Commission eligible.
