- Achieve sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Participate in community social events to generate new business opportunities and invite clients to in-boutique events.
- Manage CRM initiatives, including client data management, communication on new products and events, and execution of gifting campaigns.
- Maintain the boutique's aesthetic quality through daily display setup and breakdown.
- Travel as required for business purposes.
- Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in clienteling tools and CRM systems.
- Keen attention to detail and aesthetic standards.

Expected salary range is $24.04 per hour, with commission eligibility.
