1. Achieve sales goals by delivering exceptional customer service.
2. Participate in community social functions to generate new business and invite clients to in-boutique events.
3. Utilize curated clienteling tools to reach out to current and prospective clients.
4. Oversee CRM initiatives, ensuring client data accuracy and effective communication on novelties, events, and gifting campaigns.
5. Assist in the setup and breakdown of displays, maintaining the aesthetic quality of the boutique.
6. Travel as required for business needs.

1. Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification preferred.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.

Salary is negotiable based on skills and prior work experience. Expected salary range is $24.04 per hour, with commission eligibility.
