- Achieve sales goals by delivering exceptional service.
- Attend community social functions to generate new business and invite clients to boutique events.
- Utilize curated clienteling tools to reach out to current and prospective clients.
- Oversee CRM initiatives, including client data capture, communication on novelties and events, and clientele reporting.
- Assist in display setup each morning and breakdown in the evening, maintaining the boutique's aesthetic quality.
- Travel as required.
- Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred.
- 7 years of experience in a luxury environment preferred.
- Strong ability to develop long-lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing.
- Natural curiosity for people and a commitment to providing excellent service.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in a luxury environment is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred.
Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience. Expected salary range is $24.04 per hour. This role is commission eligible.
