- Achieve sales goals by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Participate in community social functions to generate new business and invite clients to in-boutique events.
- Utilize curated clienteling tools to reach out to current and prospective clients.
- Oversee CRM initiatives, ensuring client data accuracy and effective communication on novelties and events.
- Manage gifting campaigns and clientele reporting.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of displays, maintaining the boutique's aesthetic quality.
- Travel as required for business needs.
- Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong ability to develop long-lasting client relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Natural curiosity for people and a passion for providing excellent service.

Salary is negotiable based on skills and prior work experience. This role is commission eligible.
