1. Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional service.
2. Attend social functions to generate new business and engage with current and prospective clients.
3. Oversee CRM initiatives including client data management, communication on novelties and events, and clientele reporting.
4. Assist in display setup and breakdown, maintaining the boutique's aesthetic quality.
5. Travel as required to meet business needs.

1. Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred.
2. 7 years of experience in a similar role preferred.

1. Strong ability to develop long-lasting client relationships.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Proficiency in CRM tools and clienteling strategies.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced luxury environment.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in luxury sales or a related field is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred.

Salary is negotiable based on skills and prior work experience. Expected salary range is $24.04 per hour, with commission eligibility.
