1. Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional service
2. Attend social functions to generate new business and invite clients to events
3. Oversee CRM initiatives including client data capture and communication
4. Assist in display setup and breakdown, maintaining boutique aesthetics
5. Travel as required

1. Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred
2. 7 years of experience preferred

1. Strong ability to develop long-lasting client relationships
2. Excellent communication skills in person and in writing
3. Curiosity for people and a need to provide excellent service

7 years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred.

Expected salary range is $24.04 per hour. This role is commission eligible.
