2. Welcome and assist all visitors and clients entering the boutique.
3. Drive business by recruiting clients, developing their loyalty, and achieving sales objectives.
4. Enhance clients' understanding of the brand by presenting the universe, history, creations, and inspirations of Van Cleef & Arpels.
5. Provide an outstanding client experience by personalizing relationships and anticipating client needs.
6. Address all client requests, including after-sales services and care advice.
7. Contribute to a positive team spirit by actively participating in the day-to-day boutique operations.
8. Develop operational excellence by mastering in-store tools and adhering to commercial policies and procedures.

1. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional Asian languages is advantageous.
