1. Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional client service.
2. Attend community social functions to generate new business and invite clients to boutique events.
3. Utilize clienteling tools to reach out to current and prospective clients.
4. Oversee CRM initiatives including client data management, communication on novelties, and clientele reporting.
5. Assist in daily display setup and breakdown, maintaining the boutique's aesthetic quality.
6. Travel as required for business needs.

1. Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a luxury environment.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Curiosity for people and a commitment to providing excellent service.

Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience. This role is commission eligible.
