2. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to boutique performance metrics and visual merchandising standards.
3. Present the maison’s collections with authoritative product knowledge, advising on provenance, craftsmanship and care of high jewellery pieces.
4. Manage clienteling activities including follow-ups, private appointments, reservations and accurate VIP client records.
5. Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and ensure meticulous administration of sales documentation and stock movements.
6. Contribute to boutique visual standards, window displays and store presentation in line with brand directives.
7. Collaborate with the team on events, trunk shows and private viewings to maximise client penetration and brand exposure.
8. Maintain strict confidentiality, security procedures and compliance with internal policies for high-value goods.
