1. Achieve sales targets while balancing daily business and High Jewelry sales.
2. Develop a network and cultivate a loyal clientele.
3. Attend social functions to generate new business and invite clients to in-boutique events.
4. Engage in CRM initiatives including client data management, communication on novelties, and gifting campaigns.
5. Assist in display setup and breakdown, ensuring the safe storage of products.
6. Provide exceptional customer service, including after-sales support and repair process management.
7. Adhere to Maison policies regarding security, consignments, after-sales services, and valuation requests.
8. Share the history, quality standards, and collection information of Van Cleef & Arpels with clients.
9. Maintain the aesthetic quality of the boutique.

1. 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced luxury and/or sales environment.
2. Bachelor’s Degree or Jewelry Certification preferred.
3. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
4. Excellent computer skills.
5. Strong attention to detail with multitasking ability.
6. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

5-7 years in luxury sales or a similar fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s Degree or Jewelry Certification preferred.

Salary: $24.04 per hour, negotiable based on skills and experience. This role is commission eligible.
