1. Achieve sales targets while managing daily business and high jewelry sales.
2. Develop and maintain a network of loyal clientele.
3. Attend community social functions to generate new business opportunities.
4. Invite clients to in-boutique events and engage through social media.
5. Manage CRM initiatives, ensuring client data accuracy and communication on novelties and events.
6. Assist in daily display setup and breakdown, ensuring product safety.
7. Provide exceptional customer service, including after-sales support and repair process management.
8. Adhere to Maison policies regarding security, consignments, and valuation requests.
9. Educate clients on Van Cleef & Arpels history, quality standards, and collections.
10. Maintain the aesthetic quality of the boutique.

1. 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced luxury or sales environment.
2. Bachelor’s Degree or Jewelry Certification preferred.
3. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
4. Excellent computer skills.
5. Strong attention to detail with multitasking ability.
6. Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

5-7 years in luxury sales or a similar fast-paced environment.

Salary: $24.04 per hour, negotiable based on skills and experience. Commission eligible.
