Van Cleef & Arpels Sales Associate

1. Achieve sales goals while balancing daily business and High Jewelry sales.
2. Develop a network and a loyal clientele.
3. Attend social functions within the community to generate new business.
4. Invite current and prospective clients to in-boutique events and reach out through social media.
5. Manage CRM initiatives, including client data capture, communication on novelties and events, gifting campaigns, and clienteling reporting.
6. Assist in display setup each morning and breakdown in the evening.
7. Ensure products are stored safely nightly.
8. Provide excellent customer service, including after-sales service and repair process management.
9. Follow all implemented Maison policies and procedures involving security, consignments, after-sales services, and valuation requests.
10. Share Van Cleef & Arpels history, quality standards, and collection information with clients.
11. Maintain the aesthetic quality of the Boutique.

1. 5-7 years in a fast-paced luxury and/or sales background
2. Bachelor’s Degree or Jewelry Certification is preferred
3. Strong understanding of Customer Services needs and customer priorities

1. Excellent computer skills
2. Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
3. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

5-7 years in a fast-paced luxury and/or sales background.

Bachelor’s Degree or Jewelry Certification is preferred.

Salary: $24.04/ Hourly. Salary will be negotiated based on skills and experience. This role is commission eligible.
