1. Achieve sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service.
2. Engage in community social events to cultivate new business opportunities and invite clients to in-boutique events.
3. Utilize clienteling tools to reach out to current and prospective clients.
4. Oversee CRM initiatives, ensuring client data accuracy and effective communication regarding novelties and events.
5. Assist in the setup and breakdown of displays, maintaining the boutique's aesthetic quality.
6. Travel as required for business purposes.

1. Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred.
2. 7 years of experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.

1. Strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proficiency in clienteling and CRM tools.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred.

Salary is negotiable based on skills and prior work experience. This role is commission eligible.
