1. Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
2. Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets through consultative selling and expert presentation of high-jewellery and timepiece collections.
3. Maintain deep product knowledge and provide sophisticated styling and technical explanations to clients.
4. Manage boutique floor operations including merchandising, stock control, accurate point-of-sale transactions and client records.
5. Support private client events, trunk shows and after-sales care, liaising with internal teams for repairs, orders and bespoke requests.
6. Uphold brand presentation standards and ensure visual merchandising reflects seasonal directives and maison heritage.

1. Proven track record in luxury retail or fine jewellery sales with demonstrable commercial results.
2. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a polished, discreet manner suited to high-net-worth clientele.
3. Strong organisational aptitude including inventory control, accurate cash handling and CRM record-keeping.
4. Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and occasional travel for client events.
5. Legal authorization to work in the United States.
