1. Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional customer service in a luxury environment.
2. Develop and maintain a network of loyal clients through effective clienteling strategies.
3. Attend community social functions to generate new business and invite clients to in-boutique events.
4. Oversee CRM initiatives, ensuring accurate client data capture and communication on novelties and events.
5. Assist in the daily setup and breakdown of displays, maintaining the boutique's aesthetic quality.
6. Travel as required for business needs.

1. Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification preferred.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar luxury sales role.

1. Strong ability to develop long-lasting client relationships.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Natural curiosity and dedication to providing outstanding service.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in luxury sales, preferably within the jewelry sector.

Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification preferred.

Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience. This role is commission eligible.
